Warn when removing the last node of any service

    Description

      This mostly applies to index and query but might as well apply to data and any other services into the future.

      We want to warn the user when they are removing a node that is the last one with a particular service configured on it. It could cause quite a problem if, for example, the last query-service node was removed in a production cluster.
