Disable error codes in memcached due to insufficient error handling in libcouchbase

    Description

      libcouchbase enters an endless loop if it encounters an unknown error code. Disable new error codes in memcached and disconnect client instead.

      This is a TEMPORARY HACK added for Sherlock and will NOT be present in watson
