No information of "Indexing" or Index activity when building/updating any gsi index

1. Create another index i2 on customer(c_balance) using gsi

the getIndexStatus shows it is in building state

2. I dont see any UI activity on the right top corner( similar to View-index building) for gsi.

3. Attached is a screenshot which shows the index is in "Build" state,

Would be nice to keep the activity right top corner consistent for all features.

• this display ongoing server activity for view-index building, xdcr, compaction, etc ... so imo indexes should also be displayed consistent with existent features.
