New ports in Sherlock DP not mentioned at install

There's new network ports used in Sherlock, they aren't mentioned when the Couchbase 4.0 DP is installed.

New ports:
9100 Internal index admin port
9101 Internal index scan port
9102 Internal index HTTP port
9103 Internal index build port
9104 Internal index build port
9105 Internal index maintenance
9998 Internal REST port

Example from 4.0 DP:

sudo rpm --install couchbase-server-enterprise-4.0.0-dp-centos6.x86_64.rpm

....

Starting couchbase-server

Please browse to http://localhost.localdomain:8091/ to configure your server.

Please note that you have to update your firewall configuration to
allow connections to the following ports: 11211, 11210, 11209, 4369,
8091, 8092, 18091, 18092, 11214, 11215 and from 21100 to 21299.
