GoXDCR: Reduce info-logging

In a two day test, one day worth of important goxdcr logging was missing in cbcollect.

Aliaksey then confirmed that for every type of log, we only save 4 compressed logs and the active log. When logs reach 40MB in size, they are compressed so the max we usually save is 200MB.

Let's cut down the info level logging by atleast 1/3rd.
