cbq-engine does not use all cores on a 48-core machine

    Description

      We don't currently pick up cpu stats for the cbq-engine process, but I ran pidstat on the query node while query generation was running for one of our performance tests. I noticed that even though we have 48 cores Couchbase appears to only 1400% cpu. See the attached output of cbq-engine
