Spend some time looking for a workaround for a problem with erlang global facility (was: [system test] Rebalance In fails with error " Request failed/" errors.)

• note: the cluster is already in a bad shape prior to adding this new node.

on a existing 5 node cluster, add another node with services ( kv, index, query)

• Rebalance fails w/ Request failed errors.

Successive attempts to add this node are always unsuccessful.
