couch_dbdump: Send all normal output to stdout

Some of the normal, expected output is printed to stderr, which could cause it to appear in the middle of the normal output in cbcollect_info (as there is no guarantee of the relative ordering of stdout and stderr. Change so this output is directed to stdout.
