no message saying I am light on replicas with single server install

    Description

      When I install membase on a single server, with our current release that automatically creates the initial bucket, with fixed replica count of 1, then I should see a message saying "your replica count is less than the target until you add more nodes" or something to that effect.

      Did I mention that is sucks we can't change the replica count on beta 2?
