Rename indexer stat "total items remaining" to "total mutations remaining"

The current naming of "total items remaining" may be misleading when applying an index to an already running cluster since it can be much higher than the current number of items actually in the bucket. This is understandable since it is counting sequence numbers but may be confusing to a user. A name of "total mutations remaining" is more accurate.
