Redirect to Active Servers page after click on Rebalance button

    Description

      There is a node in Pending Rebalance page and current page is also on Pending balance page, if users click on Rebalance button, I think it's better redirect the page to "Active Servers" page to be able users knowing what's going on in the precess of rebalance.
