RQG:: CreateIndex() - cause: Request Timeout during parallel index creation with 10 buckets, lighly loaded cluster

We are running RQG with 1 node cluster with all services and 10 buckets. For each bucket we create around 40 indexes using defer build. This keeps happening in parallel for all buckets. After a while, we hit the following exception. Note that each bucket has only 1000 items
