Description
Steps:
1. I am logged-in to the web ui as read only user while setting the cluster per-server RAM quota using couchbase-cli, I am forced to re-authenticate (in the web ui).
./couchbase-cli cluster-edit -c 127.0.0.1:8091 --cluster-ramsize=4000 -u Administrator -p password
2. I tried to login as read only user but failed to login.
3. I login as Administrator and found that the read only user is gone.
