N1QL: we should be able to set the expiry in DML in the SET clause

    Description

      for completeness we need the ability to set expiry on INSERT/UPDATE/MERGE and other DML statements. The format of specifying this needs discussion but ideally it is clear to users that we are setting the "META().expiry = ?" - creating this as a placeholder for now.
