Periodic problems with travel-sample loading

      Build 4047, logs are at: https://s3.amazonaws.com/cb-customers/perry/travelsample/collectinfo-2015-09-15T233359-ns_1%40ec2-54-176-46-220.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com.zip

      This is a very sporadic problem and I've not been able to reproduce it with any reliability, but it does happen about 1 out of 10 times.

      The travel-sample bucket gets created, but there is no data in it and no indexes created. I thought it might be a timing issue with my rebalance scripts, but the above logs are from just a single node.

      It may not seem like a big issue, but it's causing a number of demos and workshop environments to fail to come up.
