Allow one to specify just the IP address on the moxi command-line

For now, you need to specify a long URL for Moxi to connect to: http://10.1.3.97:8080/pools/default/bucketsStreamingConfig/default

It would be helpful if you could just supply the IP address and have Moxi put the rest of the URL together by default. Obviously if you want to specify a non-default port, or non-default path you have the ability to do that as well.
