Need cross platform build/install/run for Query Workbench GUI

We’d like to release the DP Query Workbench in 2 weeks. The code is available in http://github.com/couchbaselabs/cbq-gui. For a cross-platform DP release, we need:

1) Build. Right now there is a ‘build.sh’ script that works on Mac (and probably linux), which simply calls ‘go build’ and makes a ‘dist’ folder containing everything that’s needed to run it. We need some equivalent to run on Windows (and Linux, if necessary).

2) Launch. Right now there is a ‘launch-cbq-gui.sh’ which launches (and provides a usage example) for the cbq-gui program. We need some equivalent that runs on Windows (and Linux, if necessary).
