Query workbench DP(1.1) Without refreshing UI is still able to execute query even if server is stopped at port 8094

1. Stop the server by pressing enter in the command line where we started the launch script:
[root@localhost couchbase-query-workbench]# ./launch-cbq-gui.sh
Running: ./cbq-gui -datastore=http://172.23.107.56:8091 -localPort=:8094 -user=Administrator -pass=couchbase

2. Do not refresh UI, execute any query and we see this message:

and the page is still there.
