2i index build time regressed for both 4.1.0-4820 and 4.5.0-368

    Description

      Please take a look at the screen shots of showfast.

      (It seems 2i has not made any changes to 4.5.0 so I am assigning this bug to fdb.)

      Basically, for both 4.1.0-4820 and 4.5.0-368, the three metrics running with:

      1) 20M, single index
      2) 20M, 5 indexes
      3) 20M, single index, with rebalance

      and for both metrics: (one test produces both the following test results)

      1) initial index build time
      2) incremental build time

      performance regressed compared to 4.0.0-4051

      using the 10% rule.
