Initial cluster setup numbers are confusing

Description

Started a Couchbase server as Docker container. Initial setup gives a prompt for "Setup a new cluster". Numbers are already assigned to Data RAM Quota and Index RAM Quota. Total Per Server is shown as 4775MB with a message "(must be less than 796 MB)".

The Math does not add up, and the user will have to make a change. For a simplified OOTB experience, these values should be accurate and match the shown message.

Complete steps are listed at:

http://blog.arungupta.me/getting-started-with-couchbase-using-docker/

Collecting logs shows the following message:

172.17.0.1:/opt/couchbase/var/lib/couchbase/tmp/collectinfo-2015-10-13T052020-ns_1@127.0.0.1.zip

This require mapping the volume to capture the data on localhost. Starting the container as:

shows the logs as:

Starting the container without volume mapping seems to work fine. Will continue debugging further to provide logs.

Arun - could you
1) attach a screen shot
2) run a "cbcollect_info" (i.e. from the logs tab on the UI collect info for the node and attach to the bug. This helps a lot.)

thanks.
