Crashes in 4.1.0 on Hades during N1QL testing

    Description

      Wayne observed multiple crashes with 4.1.0-5003 on Hades where N1QL tests are performed.

      There are 6 dump files observed by me.

      This is a catch-all bug that documents the incidents. The uploaded files have the Jenkins build number embedded in the filenames, which also include clues to the names of the tests that are run. 1419 means the crash occurred during this job http://perf.jenkins.couchbase.com/job/hades/1419/

      Not all information is present. Indexer log for run 1419 is missing. etc ...

      This is likely related to forestdb crashes that have occurred latelly. But I'll put John and Keshav on watch list.
