Unset config values should be 'undefined', not 0

The defaults for moxi_port and hdd_quota are both 0. They should just be left out, since by default proplists:get_value will just return 'undefined' for these. '0' means we need to make sure it's always set to SOMETHING or I have to add cases for both 0 and undefined.
