Replica Reads are invisible to the naked eye

    Description

      When an SDK does a replica read we don't increment any stat that is visible to the end user.

      This change is specifically to cover adding the stat in kv_engine and exposing it via cbstats. Wether or not it is handled by the UI can be handled in MB-7807
