cbcollect_info: There is no information about the GoXDCR settings

Cbcollect_info in Couchbase Server 3.X and below the XDCR settings were in ddoc.log and in the ns_config (couchbase.log).

Unfortunately in 4.X and onwards there does seem to be anyway of getting the GO-XDCR settings from a cbcollect_info.

Even thought cbcollect_info lives in ns_server it is everyones responsibility to ensure first time data capture is correct.
