Prevent adding a non-homogeneous node to a cluster

We should prevent adding a not to a cluster if it does not have at least the same amount of memory and disk as defined for each node on the cluster. it could have more, but not less than other nodes.

We should have meaningful error message on both paths to add a node (setup and add server).
