XDCR Average Initial Rate shows a regression from 4.1 to 4.5

    Description

      As the regression is less than 10% this is not a blocker but I am creating this for tracking purposes.

      There has been an observed regression of less than 10% observed both in daily sanity for Average Initial XDCR rate. A show fast screenshot is attached which shows the history since 3.1.x.

      This could be related to the go compiler version.
