Change units for "avg scan latency" to ms instead of ns

    Description

      While it's nice to say that we measure things in terms of nanoseconds, I don't think that really means much to the average viewer. Additionally, it's always >50k and sometimes reaches into the millions which I think means even less for the viewer.

      Can we change this stat to be displayed in ms?
