Disable the save button if wrong inputs are provided in the settings tab

Disable the save button on the settings page when the user provides a wrong input to any of the inputs. We currently show that the user has input a wrong data and show the expected range of input or the type of inputs. But the save button is enabled and the user can still click on it. While no settings is changed and the page comes back to the same state, it would be better user experience if the save button is altogether disabled if there is wrong input/incomplete input.
