[AngularUI] No error message displayed when trying to delete a remote cluster reference with replication

1. Create a remote cluster reference
2. Create a replication on this reference
3. Try to delete the reference now - user should see an error message saying reference cannot deleted as there is a replication dependent on it - does not happen
