Description
There will be a variety of illegal (and hidden) characters when copy-pasting from a source into the query editor which will then result in a syntax error.
On long/complicated queries, these can be particularly hard to track down.
Recently I ran into "smart quotes" being the culprit of a syntax error, but I imagine there are a variety of others. It would be great if we could automatically sanitize (convert to plain text?) the result of a copy-paste into the editor so that things "just work" for the end-user
