[FTS] fts should use non-privileged user for cbaudit integration

    Description

      Need to add credentials for @fts (to ns-server, perhaps?) so that isasl.pw will allow FTS to start using non-_admin credentials. Or, describe this issue in sensible way.

      This is related to the recent cbaudit integration request from Trond.
