[GSI] test_oom_increase_mem_quota fails with index count mismatch in testrunner job

Steps:
1. Push one of the indexer node OOM.
2. Increase indexer memory quota.
3. Verify if the indexer comes online.
4. Verify bucket count with index item count.
– They don't match.
