Upgrade - mixed mode cluster - clicking security tab references /roles api and gets http400

    Description

      1) Install 4.1.0 release build on 2 nodes
      2) Nod1 - KV and node2 - Index + query
      3) Configure the cluster with LDAP and create few indexes as well after installation of travel-sample.
      4) Also add users as - admin and roadmin
      5) Upgrade 2nd node to 4.5 version
      6) Login to 2nd node via admin LDAP user and navigate to Security -
      The page keeps spinning and following error in firebug:
