[FTS] new moss config options break cmd-line utils like bleve-dump

Trying to debug problem with a recent build using the cbft-bleve-dump utility and I got:

2016/03/14 22:28:37 moss store, could not find RegistryCollectionOptions, name: fts

The problem is that cbft creates/uses indexes with a configuration option that is not known/available to the command-line utils as currently built.
