Issue with bucket_deletion with rbac tests

    Description

      1. Configure an LDAP server with CB and create an LDAP user
      2. Configure user to a role - replication_admin
      3. Exercise different rest api for user in 1 and check for 403 or 200 or 201 status
      4. Test finishes correctly, but there is issue with bucket deletion. 

      [2016-03-18 03:01:05,499] - [rest_client:757] ERROR - http://172.23.107.7:8091/pools/default/buckets/default error 500 reason: unknown {"_":"Bucket deletion not yet complete, but will continue.\r\n"}

      Note this happened first time with this job for build 1847.
