goxdcr panic: unexpected empty bucketName

    Description

      4.1.1-5908 , Noticed a goxdcr terminated during the longevity test. This crash was on at least 2 nodes and at different times during the test.
      Replicating 1 bucket from 6 data nodes -> 2 data nodes
