UI should fallback to getting a document from /pools/default/buckets/bucketname/docs if localRandomKey returns fallback_to_all_docs error [was: Add support for randomKey (in addition to localRandomKey) to the REST API]

I'm sure this is a known issue, but in the case where you have a multi-node cluster, you create a new bucket and insert one document, then you may run into the issue that the views editing screen reports "there are no documents" when you click the "Preview a random document" button.

The reason, of course, is that we use the localRandomKey REST API to support this screen and there's a chance that your single document did not go into the local memcached.
