Description for release notes:
Summary: The query.log message format for messages produced by the query service has changed to no longer report message fields as key-value pairs rather simply as fixed format field values.

Verify the change in format in the query log, notably it should no longer have "_time=" etc. appearing on some records.

We will still have some records with uppercase type (e.g. INFO) and others with mixed case (e.g. "Info") with this change.
