[FTS] Add advisory to direct users to Couchbase Forums for questions pre-GA

    Description

      Until Full Text Search goes GA, we will direct customers to the FTS Couchbase Forum if they have feedback or problems, because it's not actually supported.

      We should therefore add a link / note on the Full Text Search tab itself, which would be visible all the time and will take users to the forum where they can get help from the dev team.

      I propose the wording:

      Full Text Search is in developer preview. Use only in test environments. For support or feedback, visit the Couchbase forum.
