Add support for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Description

Canonical will be releasing the next Long-Term Support (LTS) version of Ubuntu 16.04 in April 2016. Given this is a LTS release I would anticipate that users will start to move to it relatively quickly (the previous LTS release was April 2014).

We should add support for 16.04 in a forthcoming release.

5.0.0-2140 worked like a charm for me. Cheers, Ceej !

5.0.0-2139 should be uploaded any minute now, build is almost done: http://172.23.120.24/builds/latestbuilds/couchbase-server/spock/2139/

Fingers crossed! 0.0.0-414 worked for me locally in a Docker container, but then again, so did 5.0.0-2051...
