"Show by server" does not work on Index Stats and Query stats

1. Create a CB cluster with KV and Index + query + Index Node
2. Create a bucket and few indexes
3. Continuously load data to the bucket, so that there is constant activity for the indexer.
4. Navigate to bucket stats - Index and Query stats
5. Pick one the graphs and select "show by server".

Expected result is page will be redirected to show that stats only and user will be able to file data for minute/hour etc.

Actual results - There is not effect on clicking 'show by server'.
