Don't colorize sample docs over 64 KiB

Colorizing documents creates a lot of HTML which results in the UI render speed slowing down to an unacceptable extent. After some testing I think that 64 KB or smaller is a reasonable size of document to colorize; above that we should present it grayscale – though we should take advantage of prettyJson to insert carriage returns and indent.
