Description
The message "Hard Out Of Memory Error. Bucket \"~s\" on node ~s is full. All memory allocated to this bucket is used for metadata." is triggered from menelaus_web_alerts_srv.erl whenever it detects that ep_oom_errors has increased.
It is not strictly true that all memory is in use for metadata - it is quite possible that there are documents that can't be ejected yet as they haven't been persisted, and I have seen that (for example) the projector DCP queues can use a lot of memory also.
This can be confusing to customers, especially when they can very clearly see how much metadata they have in memory for a bucket. Please consider rewording.
