[FTS] add stat showing forestdb/disk activity

We have stat which shows "bytes indexed". Prior to the introduction of moss, this actually represented progress at the KVstore/disk level. However, with the introduction of moss, from the bleve perspective data is "indexed" prior to it ever making it to disk. This means that we don't have a stat which actually corresponds to KVstore/disk activity.
