[DCP]: Sporadic timeouts in noop

    Description

      We see sporadic timeouts in noops at customer clusters.
      (CBSE-2409 and CBSE-2565 are 2 instances)

      Hard to debug with existing logging, not very easy to increase logging without heavily blowing up the memcached logs. Should try to reproduce in house.
