[AngularUI] Password and Verify password verification is not working properly in Internal User/Roles

1. Navigate to Security -> Internal User/Roles
2. Enter valid username
3. Enter valid password e.g. 'password'
4. Enter some other string in verify password of same length e.g. '12345678'
5. Click Save -> User created and no error is thrown
