[FTS] Measure 1M document Wiki data index size

Please measure the size on disk of equivalent index mappings created on the 1M doc Wiki dataset in Couchbase and ES 1.7.x.

We suspect we're larger but we don't know how much.

Step (1) attach the mappings that you're using in your index latency test case and attach them to this ticket and assign to Marty to review. We have encountered many apples-to-oranges comparisons for various reasons, so let's start there.

Step (2) let's use the Linux disk usage stats to compare by adding up all the pindex fragments for Couchbase and ES.
