    Description

this is similar to what customer is seeing.
      steps:

      • set up a cluster with 3 nodes - all nodes and all services on 4.1 GA.
      • get travel sample added to the cluster.
      • upgrade all nodes to 4.5 with an in place upgrade in a rolling fashion
      • create 3 new indexes and verify that round robin index creation works - that is each new index is created on a separate node.

          Hi Cihan

I am trying this scenario now:
          install 4.1 enterprise
create cluster and generate data and indexes (issues with round robin, indexer not available on 2 of 3 nodes)
          shutdown cluster
          update 4.1 to 4.5 enterprise
drop data and regenerate along with indexes

          Thanks
          Prerna

          Above scenario worked fine.

          Now doing:
          install 4.0 community
          data generated and indexes created
          shutdown cluster
          uninstall 4.0, install 4.1 enterprise
recreate cluster and regenerate data and indexes (issues with round robin, indexer not available on 2 of 3 nodes)
          shutdown cluster
          update 4.1 to 4.5 enterprise
