Description
From documentation, create index is like so:
CREATE PRIMARY INDEX idx1 ON default
However, the drop index syntax is quite different:
DROP INDEX default.`idx1`
As an option, it would be handy to also support symmetric syntax:
DROP INDEX idx1 ON default
