    Description

      Submitting code to Watson branch of ep-engine is restricted. An MB ticket with fix version of 4.5.1 is necessary.
      Fixes to sporadic test failures and some general test code refactoring maybe still needed and I think need not be as restricted (as that for ep product code).

      Hence, creating the ticket for test code changes to pass CV on Watson.
